One of the buttons is the spray button (see the icon) and the other is the suction button that turns on the vacuum. We recommend that you use both buttons at the same time.

Yes, the upholstery tool is included with every rental.

The Kärcher Puzzi 10/1 deep cleans carpets and leaves only minimal residual moisture. Carpets and upholstery are left almost completely dry, reducing the risk of re-soiling and enabling cleaned areas to be used again quickly. 

The rental includes 8 cleaning tablets, enough to clean 2-4 rooms depending on size. 4 Extra tablets are included in the box should you need them(£1.50 Each).
